Jill comes to William Shouldice & Associates from the Vermont State Auditor office where she served as Executive Assistant.  Jill has been involved in numerous Vermont political campaigns, giving her the opportunity to learn about local issues in every corner of the state.  She has also taught for a number of years in the Montpelier school system, giving her first hand knowledge of the education system.

"Jill brings an extraordinary array of experience from her time working in both local and state government.  Through her work for the Mayor in Burlington, the Department of Banking and Insurance, Lt. Governor Peter Smith and Governor Richard Snelling, she has developed many skills in maneuvering effectively through the local and state government system", stated Bill Shouldice.

Jill is a seventh generation Vermonter and resides in Montpelier.  She has 3 daughters.  Jill enjoys gardening, reading, and trying to find the perfect oil painting in the antique shops across the state.  Most recently, she has served as a member of the Montpelier Recreation Department.
